Moody/CMS Home Improvement and his agents expressly reserve the right to revise, modify, delete, or add to any Charles B. Moody/CMS Home Improvement policies and general provisions, stay rules, or benefits stated. No oral statement or representations can in any way alter the provisions of Charles B. Moody/CMS Home Improvement policies and general provisions. Nothing in Charles B. Moody/CMS Home Improvement policies and general provisions or in any other document, including descriptions, creates or is intended to create a promise or representation of continued service by Charles B. Moody/CMS Home Improvement and his agents. The customer will not assume any responsibility, nor have control over or charge of the means, methods, techniques, sequences, procedures, or safety precautions and programs in connection with this short-term rental property, since these are solely Charles B. Moody/CMS Home Improvement and his agents' responsibility. The customer, in any case, indemnifies Charles B. Moody/CMS Home Improvement and his agents from any and all claims arising from the use thereof.

Please note, the total number of guests allowed on the property at a time is the number of guests listed in your reservation. If this rule is broken, the security deposit will be lost. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am.

Weekly lawn maintenance is typically provided one day during the weekdays (subject to change per weather, holidays, scheduling conflicts, etc.). Please make sure personal items are not on the grass when mowing occurs. In accordance with Vrbo policy.
